#4 If you think 2x a day emails and calls is bombarding... Think again. I promise you that follow up is EVERYTHING.
#5 If you think personal touches are lame… Think again. Leads are people with emotions, feelings and egos. Show them they are cared for, make them the star of the show.
#6 Don’t drop your prices for the sake of a sale. Not worth the entrepreneurial guilt imo. Just give MORE.
#7 Not jelling with them? Can’t put your finger on what’s making you feel uncomfortable about them? Get. Rid. Fast.
#8 Generating leads is rarely the problem and throwing money on ads isn’t the answer until you patch the holes.
#9 If you feel you’re ‘pushing’ someone into a sale, you’ve missed 75% of the picture.
#10 Letting people make decisions for THEMSELVES far outweighs being a cash chasing cowboy.
